AMI organises polymer event

Applied market information (AMI) has organised a Polymers in Drug Delivery Devices conference taking place on September 16 – 17 at the Hilton City Avenue Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The international event focuses on parenteral drug administration such as non-oral routes of pharmaceutical delivery; including pre-filled syringes, bags, tubes, inhalers and implants all of which leach active ingredients.

AMI said: “The conference provides an opportunity for pharmaceutical companies to meet with the device industry and medical experts.”

“They will have the chance to discuss the latest developments in markets, technical and regulatory issues, and review quality production technology for drug delivery devices,” the company added.

Speakers of the conference are invited free of charge and will have a 30 minute slot including fiveminutes for questions.

Papers are invited on all aspects of this topic, but are required to send a short summary of their presentation in PowerPoint format to Dr Sally Humphreys. Email: sh@amiplastics.com.
