Avacta launches affirmer website

A website has been launched by Avacta Life Sciences in order to showcase its new affimer technology.

Affimers are a new alternative to antibodies and aptamers. Based on a small protein scaffold, they can be engineered to bind with high specificity and affinity to a wide range of protein targets. Affimers can be used for a wide range of applications in diagnostics, drug/biomarker discovery, biotech research and development and in developing therapeutics.

Avacta’s new website has been responsively designed for optimised viewing on desktop, mobile and tablets.
