BluJay Solutions acquires Blackbay

BluJay Solutions, a provider of supply chain software and services, has acquired mobility solutions provider, Blackbay. With this acquisition, BluJay expands its mobile offerings with competitive shipment tracking and proof-of-delivery capture.
