Breathalyser featured in Tomorrow’s World gallery at London’s Science Museum

Diagnostics company, Owlstone Medical, has revealed that its breathalyser, ReCIVA, has been selected to be featured in the Tomorrow’s World gallery at the Science Museum in London.

ReCIVA was selected for the exhibition based on its potential for the healthcare sector. The exhibition features award-winning scientific advances, such as advanced surgical robotics, space suits and avalanche analysis technology.

The technology is already in use in over 60 research and clinical labs globally, and we are honoured that it has been selected to feature in the Science Museum’s Tomorrow’s World gallery.”

The CE-marked breath sampler is used to collect samples of breath from a patient non-invasively and then analyse them for the early detection and diagnosis of disease. It has been on show in the exhibition since Friday 18 August.
