Digital discovery: IMA unveils new technologies

At Interpack 2017, IMA will be presenting its new machines and processing lines, along with a dedicated area to IMA Digital, featuring projects driving towards the digitisation of factories.

Some of the machines to be showcased are Croma — a machine for continuous coating, Injecta — processing unit for RTF syringes in tubs and Sensitive AP400 Compact — carton labeller.

Moreover, in the pharma area of the company’s stand, visitors will be able to view the Process Innovation Hub, which will be dedicated to novel process technologies. Booth visitors will also be able to discover the company’s latest innovations for freeze drying.

IMA Group designs and manufactures automatic machines for the processing and packaging of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, tea, coffee and food.
