Extract applies airflow innovation

Extract Technology has developed an Aseptic Isolator system which moves away from traditional air-flow methods.

The system has been designed to operate in a sterile environment with a requirement for specific temperature and humidity control.

HEPA filtration provides the system with positive operating pressure and air change rates to guarantee an ISO-5 environment. Stepping away from traditional re-circulatory air flow, air is returned through cavities in the walls and glass doors on both sides of the isolator to achieve an even exhaust re-circulation airflow pattern, and laminar airflow at the point of fill.

The Aseptic Isolator’s sterile environment is achieved through the integration of a hydrogen peroxide bio decontamination gas generator to eradicate the risk of bacterial contamination. To view the Airflow patterns click here.
