GCS caps commitment to closures

Global Closure Systems will bring its latest portfolio of child resistant and tamper evident closures to Pharmapack Europe, exhibiting on stand 536.

With almost 1.5 billion closures produced annually and a portfolio of more than 230 references, the group provides standard as well as bespoke closure solutions for pharmaceutical applications to firms in the OTC and Ethical sectors in more than 60 countries.

After unveiling its new ISO 7 cleanroom in October 2014 – the third for the group - in Astra Plastique, GCS plant in France, GCS has achieved the ISO 15378 certification (GMP Pharma).

GCS has recently designed new product lines, such as CapePharma, a one piece tamper evident closure, PharmaSafe, a latest generation two-piece child resistant closure and Mediloc PP24, a new size tamper evident CRC. GCS is also developing new concepts such as Flip-Loc, a single piece CRC for pills, powders or liquids, Lite-Loc, a light weight CRC, or Cyrano, a bi-injected TPE perfusion bottle closure.
