Joint MHRA and DIA training: Excellence in Pharmacovigilance

The Excellence in Pharmacovigilance training course will be held on the 1-5 February at the Holiday Inn London – Regent’s Park, London

The five-day course delivered by the Medicinces and Healthcare Product Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and Develop Innovate Advance (DIA) will cover European clinical pre and post-marketing safety regulatory requirements.

As well as providing a firm grounding on key aspects of global and European clinical pre-and-post-marketing safety regulatory requirements, the course will cover updates on pharmacovigilance legislation.

It will also cover the latest news on the international harmonisation and standardisation activities in pharmacovigilance according to MHRA.

The key topics include definitions and methods in pharmacovigilance, regulatory aspects in pharmacovigilance and practical examples, diagnosis and management of adverse drug reactions, signal detection and signal management as well as risk management.
