TraceLink has announced the latest confirmed keynote speakers for the Nexus 17 event, taking place in June this year.

The two-day event, to be held in Barcelona, Spain, between 7–8 June, will gather business leaders from the pharmaceutical supply chain and cloud computing experts to collaborate on global track and trace strategies and business challenges.

Among the keynote speakers will be Jean-Marc Bobée (former director, anti-counterfeiting strategy, Sanofi), Sanjay Sarma (co-founder & research director, Auto-ID Labs, Massachusetts Institute of Technology), Erik Haeffler (vice president manufacturing services, Recipharm), Frank Binder (vice president, global head supply chain management, Santen) and Eric Tjoa (CEO, owner and founder, Tjoapack).

“Every year, we have seen a rapid climb in industry interest and engagement at Nexus, as we collectively draw closer to global serialisation deadlines. Past Nexus attendees have found extreme value in the collaborative insights they gain on how to effectively implement and succeed with track and trace initiatives,” said Shabbir Dahod, president and CEO of TraceLink. “This year’s venue in Barcelona is designed to provide a special focus on drug availability in EMEA, with global perspectives on the current and future state of pharmaceutical serialisation, and a dynamic keynote line-up of established technology and business leaders across the life sciences.”

Further to the keynote lectures, attendees will have the opportunity to experience educational tracks and interactive workshops. Registration for Nexus 17 is open.
