New show covers entire pharma supply chain
A new event, Pharma Expo 2014 will be co-located with Pack Expo International, and will take place November 2-5 in the West Building of Chicago’s McCormick Place. The organisers are touting it as an event which offers a complete range of solutions for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
Pharma Expo — a joint venture of PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, and the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) — will showcase products and services from over 250 exhibitors, all aimed at solving the typical hurdles for the sector; hurdles such as time to market, combatting counterfeits as well as patient compliance.
The conference program will be presented by ISPE, and includes 33 substantive sessions, free keynote speakers and exhibitor-led programs on the show floor.
Pharma Expo attendees will also have access to an additional 2,000 exhibitors at Pack Expo International, many of whom also serve the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
