Pharma manufacturer turns to Amazon Filters in order to meet contract

Manufacturer of filtration systems, Amazon Filters, has supplied a pharmaceutical manufacturer with bespoke equipment that will ensure the company can fulfil a contract to deliver drugs to a children’s hospital.

“Faced with the possibility of children not receiving critical drugs, we prioritised our production schedule enabling us to meet the 4-week lead time given to deliver the bespoke filtration equipment to the customer,” said Neil Pizzey, managing director of Amazon Filters. “This was met and we are proud to report that they went on to produce the required medication on time and to a high quality.”

Amazon Filters design and manufacture an extensive range of liquid filtration systems. Within its ISO9001-2008 approved manufacturing facility, the company offers a bespoke design and manufacture service to provide filter products to the pharmaceutical industry that are fully traceable and manufactured under cleanroom conditions. The filters meet the requirements of CFR Title 21 and are USP Class VI Plastics tested.
