Sensile Medical showcases latest products with Gerresheimer at CPhI

Healthcare company Gerresheimer is attending CPhI Worldwide this year with Sensile Medical for the first time.

Earlier this year, Gerresheimer acquired the Swiss company to offer drug delivery platforms with digital and electronic capabilities to customers. Now the companies are showcasing their combined expertise at CPhI with sales specialists available at booth 4C30.

Chief business officer at Sensile, Sandra de Haan said: “Pooling Gerresheimer’s and Sensile Medical’s expertise is an ideal move for any of our customers looking for innovation.”

In particular, visitors to CPhI can see Sensile Medical’s current product range which includes components with high dosage accuracy, easy handling and safe drug delivery mechanisms.

Also available at the show is the company’s recently-developed micro pump - SenseCore - which is small, very precise in dosage and inexpensive to manufacture. The device’s high degree of flexibility makes it compatible with a variety of drugs, Sensile Medical states.
