Single-Use Mixing System Debuts at INTERPHEX

Meissner has introduced the Saltus M200, a 200 l single-use mixing system. The Saltus provides robust, predictable mixing performance for biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes for powder-liquid and liquid-liquid mixing.

The Saltus mixing system provides outstanding usability and ease of operation. Its fully automated control system features a one-button start and its single-use mixing assembly is easy to install and is self-deploying. The Saltus mixing system’s gentle yet highly effective mixing capability is ideal for preparing solutions in a wide variety of applications such as hydration of cell culture media, buffer preparation, product reconstitution from concentrated solutions or powders, homogenisation of dispersions or solutions and chemical inactivation to affect viral clearance, all under aseptic operating conditions.
