Systech and Servicepoint enter into global agreement for serilisation initiative

Two leaders in packaging and serialisation technology enter into global agreement

Brand protection technology company, Systech International and serialisation automation supplier, Servicepoint will extend their strategic partnership through a global agreement.

The global agreement will allow customers to use Systech as a single point of contact across Europe. Servicepoint will now resell, install and support Systech’s serailisation solutions.

A regulation adopted by The European  Commission in 2015 detailed  that by 2019, all EU countries must serialise prescription medicine packages. With an estimated 15,000 production lines for prescription medicine in Europe being fitted with a serialsation system over the next three years, Systech and Servicepoint’s global agreement comes at a time when the European market is growing exponentially.

Harry Saint-Preux, director, Global Alliances & Channels, Systech International said: “Servicepoint has a solid network of over 50 professionals in Europe, which, when combined with Systech's growing regional support, creates a large and experienced talent pool for the delivery of serialisation initiatives,"
