Yusen Logistics acquires e-commerce delivery and fulfilment specialist

The UK division of global logistics provder, Yusen Logistics, has acquired ILG — and e-commerce delivery and fulfilment specialist.

This acquisition is expected to result in a 12% revenue growth for Yusen Logistics, which would push them closer to being one of the country’s top 10 logistics providers.

As part of the appropriate acquisition process, Yusen Logistics UK utilised the services of Eversheds Sutherland for commercial and legal advice, together with BDO for financial due diligence. No changes to the current ILG management team are expected.
