Cleanrooms are among the most demanding HVAC environments, requiring strict control to protect product quality and regulatory compliance. They are also highly energy intensive, with ventilation representing a major share of energy use. Many facilities still rely on static HVAC strategies that keep airflow high regardless of occupancy or process conditions, increasing costs unnecessarily.
Origo10 combines a robust transmitter with interchangeable probes, giving facilities flexibility to configure units for different measurement needs. Compatible probes support humidity and temperature, temperature-only, carbon dioxide, and dew point measurements, and two probes can be combined in a single transmitter to support multi-parameter monitoring while reducing device count on cleanroom walls and ceilings.
Designed with cleanroom use in mind, Origo10 features a cleanroom-compatible, IP65-rated enclosure with smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces and offers wall and duct mounting options, hygienic installation accessories, and flexible, non-intrusive placement without disrupting airflow. That matters in cleanrooms, where poor sensor placement can introduce measurement errors, unstable control, and wasted energy.
The platform combines easier long-term maintenance with the high reliability and measurement stability needed to support dependable cleanroom HVAC control. Factory-calibrated interchangeable probes can be exchanged quickly without removing the entire transmitter, helping reduce downtime and maintain measurement accuracy. Preconfigured analog outputs help accelerate commissioning. Optional local display capability provides at-a-glance visibility of up to four measurement parameters at the point of use. Origo10 provides analog outputs, Modbus RTU, and BACnet MS/TP connectivity for straightforward integration with building management and HVAC control systems.
