CDMO Boosts Business Development with US Appointment

Penn Pharma has announced a significant appointment in Mike Miller. He joins the team in a permanent capacity as US Business Development Executive.

Miller joins Penn Pharma from Walgreens where he worked as Sales Director. He brings with him more than 20 years of experience working in pharmaceutical services, with six years at Catalant Pharma as Vice President of Business Development. Miller has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a masters degree in business administration.

Based in Philadelphia, Miller takes on territory responsibility covering US states south of New Jersey and the Mid-West, for Penn’s existing service offering as well as the new contained manufacturing operation in South Wales.

The appointment of Miller demonstrates Penn’s further commitment in growing both its existing business as well as launching its capability in the highly potent market with the new contained facility. This new contained facility includes equipment and systems for the development, clinical and commercial supply of solid oral dose tablets and capsules containing highly potent actives.
