Lonza launches new, dedicated bioscience website

Integrated solutions provider — Lonza — has announced the launch of a new bioscience website, designed to support the work of scientists across the bioresearch, drug discovery and pharmaceutical manufacturing fields.

The website, bioscience.lonza.com, will be filled with detailed application and product information, including scientific data, product instructions, data sheets and educational materials like white papers and webinars, as well as links to other related products.

Easy-to-navigate with an enhanced search bar featuring autocomplete suggestions, the website should offer customers a more rapid route to finding required information. Additionally, registered users will have the ability to bookmark the pages as favourites in their account.

Furthermore, the website has been optimised for use on mobile devices and offers ecommerce functionality, including punch-out capability and mass ordering via upload of Excel files.

Once registered, visitors can also enjoy a more personalised experience with country recognition, meaning that prices are automatically shown in the correct currency and that Lonza contact details will default to those of the local Customer Service, Scientific Support and Sales representatives. All orders are trackable for registered users and download receipts and request repeat orders can be viewed in the ‘My Account’ section.
