VITRONIC
Under the new name VINSPEChealthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device industry manufacturers will soon benefit from GAMP-compliant solutions thanks to VITRONIC’s customised, turnkey machine vision systems for quality inspections and identification and verification processes.
This new name brings all former system names under one roof. With the suffix healthcare, VINSPEChealthcare makes clear, firstly, that the company is focusing on the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, and secondly, that it brings the nature of its machine vision systems to the forefront.
VINSPEC solutions stand out from the crowd because they can execute a variety of very different inspection tasks. Whether the customer is looking to read batch numbers or inspect a vial’s crimping, and at the same time inspect the quality of the container and verify complex labels, these solutions are similar to a construction kit, providing the solution needed right now.
VITRONIC solutions can be used throughout the entire production chain, which means the customer will receive the right turnkey solution for their needs.
Thanks to the GAMP qualification package, all machine vision systems can be validated. The qualification package includes the qualification plan, a risk assessment and the design and test specifications for hardware and software.
However, VITRONIC offers more than just simple machine vision systems as its solutions are based on an analysis of the individual customer’s needs and challenges. This is VITRONIC’s starting point for designing the right solution and where the comprehensive expertise of its engineers plays a key role. Once a design is finished, the customer is presented with a solution that encompasses the complete engineering work, suitable sensors and appropriate software. Then, VITRONIC builds the solution for the customer, customises the software and provides the necessary documentation. VITRONIC engineers go to the customer’s site to integrate this complete turnkey solution, the customer’s machine vision system, into the production line.
Particularly noteworthy is the fact that thanks to a comprehensive operating concept, users can access various systems in a single production line from one computer. This makes it easy to change parameters, retrieve status messages or view images.
Training courses are offered for the entire team of operators to ensure smooth operation of the machine vision system. In addition, a large team of experts is readily available to provide prompt and competent support as the customer’s machine vision requirements change.
