The 12th edition of Pharmapack Europe, on 13–14 February 2013, will attract influential leaders in the pharma industry. Over 3,000 visitors and 280 specialist suppliers are expected in la Grande Halle de la Villette, Paris.
Already a leading platform for business, networking and technological intelligence for professionals in the healthcare industry, this event promises to meet the expectations of its growing audience by offering many new features.
This year, the exhibition will welcome 70 new companies out of a total of 280 suppliers coming from 28 countries. In addition to a greater concentration of expertise, visitors will benefit from more space for networking and confidential discussions with their partners.
In a novel approach, Pharmapack Europe 2013 will emphasise the key role of the patient in drug delivery systems and in the pharmaceutical packaging innovation process. During the conference, top international experts will discuss new areas for innovative solutions improving patient compliance and safety. They will also review the latest trends and advances in: Patient Safety and Compliance Packaging, Parenteral Administration and Packaging Process, Pulmonary and Nasal Forms of Drug Delivery, Targeted Drug Delivery via Convergent Technologies, Sustainable Packaging and Materials.
For the first time, a series of four Technical Workshops will deal with: Drugs and Isothermal Packaging, Serialisation: Track & Trace, Medical and Pharmaceutical Packaging from Sterilisation & Validation to Pyrogen free applications, Innovative Combination Products: Challenges and Approvals, EU-US.
In connection with the main theme of this edition, the Pharmapack Awards 2013 will distinguish the latest innovations that bring significant benefits to the patients and users.
