KORSCH produces a comprehensive line of tablet compression presses for development with full instrumentation and complimentary data acquisition and analysis capability.
The XP 1 Research Tablet Press is a single punch machine that is specifically designed to permit initial feasibility, screening and solid product characterisation. The XP 1 permits very small material quantities to be utilised and characterised very quickly, with minimum set-up and cleaning times. The XP 1 offers a proven, rugged and portable design, which insures long-term operation. KORSCH containment technology assures all aspects of operator safety and operational excellence. A full instrumentation package allows precision measurement of press force and punch displacement.
Together with the KORSCH PharmaResearch, the XP 1 captures high-speed data and automatically analyses the waveform profiles to provide statistical reporting and correlation of compression parameters. PharmaResearch is available in three different executions:
• PharmaResearch SE: Standalone Execution
• PharmaResearch LE: Laptop Execution
• PharmaResearch IE: Integrated Execution.
